After winning the Arab Cup, Argentina’s top female athlete praises CR7

Yamila Rodriguez is still showing how much she admires Cristiano Ronaldo.

Yamila Rodriguez, a legend of the Argentine women’s national team, paid gratitude to Cristiano Ronaldo after his recent triumph in the Arab Club Champions Cup.

The Al-Nassr star forward and her fellow countryman, Lionel Messi, have a long-standing rivalry, but Rodriguez stands out for her unwavering adoration of the Portuguese superstar.

She publicly voiced her happiness at seeing the 38-year-old win the Arab Cup on August 12 and her joy was apparent.

Ronaldo Names GOAT Alongside Messi and Himself

SportBIBLE reports that the former attacker for Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus was crucial in helping his team win the title for the first time after scoring two goals against Al-Hilal in the championship match.

Ronaldo inspired the Knights of Najd to a stunning comeback after falling down early in the second half.

He scored an equalizer in the 74th minute to force extra time, when he netted the game-winning diving header.

His outstanding performance at the King Fahd Stadium put an end to the team’s two-year title drought, and attention is now being turned to the Saudi Pro League, where Al-Nassr placed second last year.

Yamila Rodriguez, an Argentine forward, justified herself by claiming that having a tattoo of Cristiano Ronaldo on her left shin does not mean she does not respect Lionel Messi, their World Cup-winning hero.

The 25-year-old said she had received criticism on social media for the tattoo of Ronaldo, Messi’s fiercest rival. She also has a tattoo of Argentina’s Diego Maradona on her left leg.

“Excuse me, I’m not enjoying myself. When did I declare that I disapproved of Messi? On Instagram, she posted.

“I’m not unhappy because of you (fans), but rather because of the heinous things that are stated without any restraint. Why can’t you have a player or idol you admire?

“Messi is our fantastic captain for the national team, but just because I say that Cristiano Ronaldo is my hero and my inspiration doesn’t mean that I despise Messi.”

Rodrguez claimed she had no issues with getting a tattoo of Ronaldo because the Portuguese forward, who has over 800 career goals, served as an inspiration to her.
